Have the caller on the line, hit the conference. Type in the extension or hit the speed dial on the right. When you are ready, hit the conference. All three of you will be on.

What do you push when you are calling Peoria PSAP on the police line?

Answer 3

Push a “2000” line, then push the button next to “Peoria PD”.

How do you transfer a call to Peoria PSAP from the police line?

Answer 4

Have the caller on the line. Hit transfer. Hit the button on the left “Peoria PD”. Warm transfer the call.
