What is the first thing you would do if someone reports a gas smell?
Notify an OE to check it immediately. They will immediately check it out and let you know if we need the fire department. Also, send 2 officers.

In the white “Central Communications Programs and Radios” book.
What would you do if someone reported a gas leak?
Notify fire, an OE, a supervisor, and send 2 officers.
What do you need to do in School Dude every hour?
Check work orders to see if there are any new ones that need to be assigned or reassigned to the correct person and called out to the OE or other facilities if during business hours.
If putting a work order in for PNC, BAC, or BPD who do these get assigned to?
Send facilities. See the building list for OE’s to determine which.
Do we ever use the “Priority” of emergency?
No
How do we know if there’s an unassigned work order?
On the main page, under “Work Orders by Status”, there will be a # next to “Unassigned” if there are any.
Unless it is an emergency, who should put in WO’s for Aramark? Why?
Aramark supervisors. If they do the WO everyone then knows they are responsible for it.

RA’s/ARA’s/Community Directors/Residence Director’s, staff members.
What needs to be entered on all WO’s so we know who reported the issue?
The contact information on who called it in or entered it themselves.
How would someone get into School Dude to place a work order?
Go to Bradley homepage, A-Z index, click on “F”, click on Facilities Management, click on “Submit a Work Order”.
What needs to be done each night on 3rd shift for Night Shift Duties?
All work orders for both Tracy and Jeremy need to be printed out and placed in their boxes in the hall.
