No, as long as it is an operator. We all have access to the programs we need

If you are having a problem with the sound, what do you need to do?

At the top middle, click on the blue “Configure Sounds”. It will pop up another screen. On the left under “Computer - Local Disc (C:)” click on “Windows”. From the list, double click on “Media”. Double click on “chimes”. The window should close & the sounds should be active.
