When does this program need to be up?
At all times on at least one computer.
What do we do when it says disconnected at the bottom of the screen?
If the screen shows disconnected, close out of the program and open the program again with the red alarm bell icon.
(ECSI) What do you do if it does not come back up connected?
Contact the OE and have them check it.
How does a low steam pressure alarm come in?
Fire phone
What are the 3 steps you take when a Low Steam Pressure Alarm comes in?
Acknowledge on the fire phone (pick up phone then hang up); call out to OE 22 RIGHT AWAY; put a work order in.
What are the 3 steps you take when a boiler alarm comes in?
Acknowledge the alarm; call out to OE that corresponds with the building the system lists; put in a work order.
What other alarms come in on this?
Other alarms besides steam pressure issues include: Heat Recovery Chiller, AHU Fan Status, Steam to hot water exchanger, refrigerant monitors, exhaust fans, fume hoods, Outside Air conditions, power meters.
