A
External carotid artery branches, majority from the posterior auricular artery.

A
Greater auricular nerve and lesser auricular nerve
Auriculotemporal nerve which is a branch of the mandibular nerve
Facial and vagus have branches to innervate the external acoustic meatus

Maxillary artery, branch of external carotid.
