What should infants of mothers who are HBsAg positive receive?

What is the exposure immunization schedule for infants of HBsAg positive mothers?
Monovalent Hepatitis B vaccine within 24 hours of birth, at 4 weeks, and 1 year of age; 6-in-1 vaccine (DT/aP/IPV/Hib/HepB) at usual times (8, 12, and 16 weeks).
When should HBIG be given to the neonate?
If the mother is HBsAg positive (even if she is HBeAg negative), had acute hepatitis B during pregnancy, or had an HBV DNA level equal or above 1x10^6 IUs/ml in any antenatal sample during the current pregnancy.
When should HBIG ideally be given?
Simultaneously as the initial Hep B vaccine, but at a different site.
What is the management for acute Hep B infection?
Supportive care.
