a. All commanding officers and supervisors are responsible for ensuring their respective divisions or units are in compliance with all applicable standards.
b. Supervisors shall familiarize themselves with applicable standards relating to their division, unit, or function.
c. Supervisors shall ensure agency members under their supervision comply in a timely manner with requests for proofs of compliance by the Accreditation Unit personnel.

Personnel assigned to complete the various time sensitive reports listed in “Appendix A” shall forward a copy of their assigned report upon its completion to the ……………… The Accreditation staff shall maintain the time sensitive spreadsheet concerning the due dates of various periodic actions/reports.
