similar to children with autism, experience problems with social interaction and communication. Additionally, they usually have a narrow range of interests. average or more commonly above average intelligence.
Asperger’s Syndrome
allows children to start developing normally in all areas, physical and mental. between 2 and 10 years of age, loses many of the skills her or she has acquired. lose body function, language and social skills
Childhood Disintegrative Disorder
very rare disorder causes the child to experience symptoms associated with PDD. experiences problems with physical development
Jett’s Syndrome
subtype is used if six (or more) symptoms of inattention (but fewer than six symptoms of hyperactivity impulsivity) have persisted for at least 6 months
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder Predominantly Inattentive Type
subtype should be used if six (or more) symptoms of hyperactivity-impulsivity (but fewer than six of inattention) have persisted for at least 6 months
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder Predominantly Hyperactive-Impulsive Type
subtype should be used if six (or more) symptoms of inattention and six (or more) symptoms of hyperactivity-impulsivity have persisted for at least 6 months
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder Combined Type
appear as sudden, rapid, recurrent motor movement or vocalization that is nonrhythmic

postpartum depression
have a condition known as free-floating anxiety and live in a constant state of apparently causeless anxiety
Generalized Anxiety Disorder
anxiety also is unfocused. anxiety begins suddenly and unexpectedly, reaching a peak within 10 minutes
Panic Disorder
group of mental disorders in which the person experiences physical symptoms without the underlying organic causes
Somatoform Disorder
is he feigning of symptoms for financial or personal gain ; deliberate and fraudulent
Malingering
pattern of behavior that deviates from society’s norms
