1) Das linke Haus sieht aus wie ein Herrenhaus in Neuengland oder auf dem britischen Land.
Es besteht aus Ziegeln im traditionellen Stil.
Das richtige Haus sieht aus wie eine moderne Villa in der Schweiz oder an der Westküste. Ich kann viele davon rund um den Zürichsee sehen.
2) Beide haben eine sehr schöne Umgebung.
Es scheint friedlich und mit der Natur.
3) Beide Häuser sind wirklich groß. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass sie viele große Räume haben. Vielleicht eine Küche, ein Wohnzimmer, ein Esszimmer, 2 oder 3 Badezimmer und viele Schlafzimmer. Die erste sieht noch größer aus als das zweite Haus. Vielleicht gibt es auch eine Bibliothek. Das Haus rechts hat aber auch einen Pool im Hinterhof.
4) Ich glaube, ich bevorzuge das zweite Haus. Es ist besser für meine Familiengröße und für die Schweiz geeignet.
Natürlich werde ich gerne Urlaub im ersten Haus machen.

The right house our look like a modern villa in Switzerland or in the west coast. I can can see many like this around Zurich lake.
2) Both have a very nice surrounding.
It seems peaceful and with nature.
3) Both the houses are really big. I can imagine they have many big rooms. Maybe a kitchen, a living room, a dining room, 2 or 3 bathrooms and many bedrooms. The fist one looks even bigger than the second house. Maybe there is also a library. But the house in the right has also a pool on the back yard.
4) I think I prefer the second house. It is more appropriate for my family size and for Switzerland.
Of course I’ll love to to a vacation in the first house.

Mein Traumhaus ist nicht zu groß, aber etwas über 4,5 Zimmer. Vielleicht 2 Zimmer, ein Arbeitzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, eine einbauKüche, 2 Badezimmer und ein großer Balkon oder eine Veranda mit Blick auf den See.
Ich stelle mir vor, es ist auf einem Berg, aber nicht weit von der Stadt entfernt. Mit einer herrlichen Aussicht.
Die Umebung wird ruhig und mit vielen Optionen für Trekking sein.

My dream house is not too big, but a little over 4.5 rooms. Maybe 2 rooms, a study, a living room, a fitted kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a large balcony or veranda with a view of the lake.
I imagine it’s on top of a mountain, but not far from the city. With a wonderful view.
The area will be calm and with many options for trekking.

Marina mag ihre alte Wohnung nicht mehr. Sie ist klein, alt und ungemütlich. Also ist Marina auf Wohnungssuche. Marina wohnt schon seit fünf Jahren in der alten Wohnung. Sie ist auch vor fünf Jahren nach Potsdam gezogen.
Im Internet findet Marina eine schöne Wohnung. Sie schaut sich die Wohnung an. Die Wohnung gefällt ihr sehr gut.
Marina kann aber nicht sofort einziehen. Sie muss noch bis Ende Mai in ihrer alten Wohnung bleiben. Die neue Wohnung ist erst ab Juni frei. Nach dem Umzug am 1. Juni ist Marina wieder glücklich. Ihre neue Wohnung gefällt ihr gut.
Marina doesn’t like her old apartment anymore. She is small, old and uncomfortable. So Marina is looking for an apartment. Marina has lived in the old apartment for five years. She also moved to Potsdam five years ago.
Marina finds a nice apartment on the Internet. She looks at the apartment. She likes the apartment very much.
Marina cannot move in immediately. She has to stay in her old apartment until the end of May. The new apartment is only available from June. After moving on June 1st, Marina is happy again. She likes her new apartment very much.
Die Zimmer sind groß und hell, die Küche und das Bad sind neu. Es gibt eine schöne Veranda und einen riesigen Gemeinschaftsgarten. Die Nachbarn sind nett. Es gibt viel Natur, aber ich kann in ungefähr 25 Minuten im Stadtzentrum sein.
