Files are divided into _ Primary sections

0 Report, 1 Administration, 2 Personnel,
3 Operations, 4 Training, 5 Equipment-supplies,
6 Finances- funds, 7 Civilian defense, 8 Fire Prevention
Each primary section is divided into _ & _
2 or more Secondary Sections & Finally into Individual file folders or Tertiary elements of the system
A. Primary file guides are positioned _

Each Unit will have different filing needs due to equipment & types of activities. To avoid unnecessary file folders a folder in each of 40 secondary sections will have a folder “Miscellaneous” bearing the code _

The Extreme Right hand position in UFS may be used for _
Special classification purposes such as very active folders. Ex. Annual Inspection
Good filing practices dictate that an individual folder be est when _ documents accumulate on a particular subject w/in the “99” folder

OOD shall call the roll, make entry of departure, & proceed to Regs 11.1.6. Particulars of Roll Call shall be duly recorded upon return from operations
Who signs for civilian employees of Dept.
Civilian employees of Dept shall make entries in their own handwriting in Co Jrl when entering & leaving qtrs in Red Ink
Military time shall be used when making entries in the journal except for _
