Safety inspection of quarters performed _
Semi-annually. Engine Co Safety Off conducts inspection of qtrs housing more than 1 unit. Forward to Battalion Safety Coordinator January 1st & July 1st
PPE & Safety Equipment inspected _
Semi-annually April 15- June 15 (Annual Inspection) & Sept/October
High Visibility Vests are inspected _
After use & Semi-annual inspection
Info in ENS & Form BP-19 is to be verified by individual members during _
Months of January & July
Hose on rig shall be removed, cleaned, & repacked _
Spring and fall of each year as per schedule by Div Cmdr
Auxiliary fire protection equipment in Tunnels & on Bridges shall be inspected _
The months of April and October
(BOAT) on Saturdays & Sundays est by Division Commander
All members below the rank of BC shall be scheduled for Retraining by Bureau of Training if for a continuous period of _ or more they have NOT worked in a line unit that performs FF duty
Six months (includes full duty administrative positions)
Inspect Subway Emergency Exits _
March and September
Company Commanders with Buckeye Pipelines in Admin area shall have them inspected _
During Semi-Annual hydrant inspection. Valves also inspected during Familiarization drills
Required maintenance for Sound Powered Telephone is to charge 9 Volt battery in amplifier _
Semi-Annually
Cleaning and Maintenance supplies are received _;
Is requisitioning required?
Semi-annually.
No requisitions. Those items NOT included shall be submitted for at the beginning of fiscal year
CO Meters shall be sent for calibration _
Semi-annually
Units shall calibrate their flowmeters _
Semi-annually and when needed
