True. Our prior procedure was to issue/post only the green copy because the owner must appear at ECB Court to answer the violation. Bureau of Legal Affairs has advised us that although the owner must appear they still have the option to correct the condition & fwd the certificate of correction (Gold copy) to the Enforcement Unit.
