Can LSR be inspected on apparatus floor

Admin Division by telephone & fax to have it immediately replaced (CR Custodian Wrench).
LSR OOS- OOD makes entry in Company Journal, Office Record Journal, & RP-100. New LSR received- same entries. The Old RP-100 is placed in UFS. What other paperwork must be filled out?

Never- place at any suitable location around the perimeter of firehouse including sidewalk apron. PL must be positioned against the building in case FF becomes hung up
How many safety members needed for LSR drill

Can a member without a Personal Harness operate on structural runs
What if a Company Officer is in need of a loaner Personal Harness
May respond, but shall NOT enter/operate in an IDLH
The unit shall inform Dispatcher that the unit is OOS until a loaner harness obtained from Division Depot
