A. Valves should always be closed as per duties req’d by instruction cards, except to protect life or immediate threat to property
B. Units closing manual valve & patrolling must close valves 1st & then patrol
C. Units performing isolation duties will announce 10-84 at valve locations, & inform Dispatcher of valve closures as well as completion of patrol duties
D. Units other than those assigned isolation duties will respond to staging area. Upon completion of assigned duties, Unit shall report to Command Post or other assignment as per the IC

Incorrect for Buckeye
A: Pipeline and shippers’ lines profile cards are located at the housewatch desk for your use.
B: The Unit Alarm Assignment and Instruction Cards are located at the housewatch desk for your use.
C: There is an extra set of wrenches hung on the wall near the house watch desk or some other prominent location, easily visible, for your use.
D: There will be additional cans of foam in quarters that must be stored with the spare wrenches.
A. Pipeline & shippers’ lines profile cards can be found in the Buckeye Ops Manual issued to each Assigned & Alt unit. Pipeline profile cards have been placed in each valve box for the info & use of responding units.
B. UAAC shall be placed in a prominent clearly marked & protected place at HW, for use by relocated units.
C. Extra set of wrenches shall be hung on the wall near the HW desk, or other prominent location easily visible, & clearly marked for relocated companies
D. Additional cans of foam must be stored with the spare wrenches for use by relocated units.
