What is done for a single building with a multi-number address range ex. 100-110 Main Street

A

Off shall enter all numbers within that range with (100, 101, 102…110) into FDNY BIS separately. Any # w/in that range w/matching BIN w/100 Main St will require a separate CIDS entry. The combined # 100-110 shall be included in “Transmitted Data” of each CIDS

A

Separate CIDS entry for each address. CIDS entry submitted for 81, 83, 85 Main St w/”Transmitted Data” portion of each CIDS entry indicating # of buildings in complex

A

AKA associated w/each individual BIN # will require a separate CIDs entry. Bldgs w/more than 1 legal address will require additional CIDS entries & other known addresses should be included in “Transmitted Data” portion of each CIDS.

A. Admin Unit shall complete a CIDS entry using Blank CD-201 form link located within eCIDS application
B. Completed paper form (CD-201) shall be faxed via Ch of Cmd with all endorsements to Borough Commander or Command Chief
C. Once approved, Borough Commander or Command Chief will fax the form to FDOC for immediate entry into both Star-fire & eCIDS application
D. Unit Off is still req’d to complete a CIDS entry within eCIDS application for “immediate CIDS” after the hard copy is faxed
