A

Dual relief Nasal Spray (P): 0.5mg xylometazoline HCl + 0.6mg/ml ipratropium bromide.
- Symptomatic relief of nasal congestion and rhinorrhoea in common colds.

A

Hypertension
Px with long QT syndrome (increased risk of serious ventricular arrhythmias)
Hyperthyroidism
Diabetes
Prostate Hypertrophy
Bladder Stenosis
Cystic Fibrosis
MAOI tx or received them in last 2 weeks.
Tri- or teracyclic antidepressants or received them in last 2 weeks.
B2-agonists
Angle closure glaucoma.
