No louse = no tx
1st line: Dimethicone (Hedrin)
2nd line Vamousse (isopropyl alcohol + isopropyl myristate) = avoid in asthmatics.
Wet coming essential throughout tx period and afterwards to prevent re-infection.
Repeat tx after 7 days.
