Pharmacist has exercise due diligence that the Rx is genuine and supplying with the intention of the Rxer.
Pharmacist amends Rx in ink or indelibly to correct mistakes and adds either total quantity in words or figures.
Pharmacist marks the Rx to show they have amended it.including name, date, signature, GPhC number.
