Osteonecrosis of the jaw - dentist should be aware of tx.
Oesophageal reactions - oesophagitis, oesophageal ulcers, oesophageal strictures.
What are the dosing regimens of Alendronic acid? (2)
10mg daily or 70mg weekly.
Bisphosphonate holidays
What other treatment should be accompanied with Alendronic Acid? (2)
Calcium
Vitamin D
Counsel a patient on starting Alendronic Acid.
