suppuration, crusting and redness
contagious but usually self limiting and not treated

small red purple papules on finger which may enlarge and blister
self limiting, ABx if secondary infection
Hand foot and mouth disease - caused by ?? usually in who?
by coxsackie viruses
in small kids
hand foot and mouth - appearance + mgmt features
red vesicles affecting mouth, palms, and soles but usually well
self limiting but contagious
Pityriasis rosea - possible cause? mgmt?
poss by another herpes virus
can be pruritic, but self limiting - steroid or UVB if Sx require relief
Pityriasis rosea - usually who? presentation?
young pts
HERALD patch - red plaque with scaling - 5-15d > smaller well defined red macules on trunk surrounded by collarette scale
