35-55y HPV esp16, CIN, SMx, immsupp red/white/pigmented plaques/patches/papules, nodules, hyperkeratosis SCC
Differentiated Type VIN - rarer - ass w lichen ?
seen in ? women
lesion usually ? in form of plaque/ulcer, linked to ? SCCs of the vulva
risk of progression to cancer ? than usual type
sclerosus older unifocal ulcer/plaque keratinising higher
2 Sx common with VIN
2 topical trts?
what is gold standard tx? this also allows confirming ? and excludes ??
15% at ? have unrecognised ? disease, so must take ? if not operating
pruritis/pain emollients/mild topical steroids surgical excision histo invasive disease excision invasive biopsies
