symm distribution on extensor surfaces of trunk and extremities
may see excoriated vesicles

A
topical dapsone (anti-inflam + immunomodulatory) (risk of haemolysis and agranulocytosis)
if not tolerated - ultrapotent top steroids/systemic steroids
avoid gluten
