hutch - involvement of proximal nail fold in subungal malignant melanoma

nick - epidermis and dermis separation under sliding pressure -> +ve in pemphigus vulgaris, -ve in TEN (toxic epidermal necrolysis))

wick - fine light lines on red plaques and papules -> lichen planus
dennie - 2 additional creases in upper eyelid -> atopic eczema
hertov - thinning of outer 1/3 of eyebrow -> atopic eczema

carotenaemia - similar to jaundice but SCLERA spared - excess carotene intake
