1 - monoarthritis or oligoarthritis (knees, ankles, MCPs)
2 - symmetrical polyarthritis (life RA) -wrist, DIPs
3 - asymmetrical polyarthritis
4 - spondylitis (like AS)
5 - arthritis mutilans - severe deformity
