Hand dermatitis - pathology?
can be endogenous, allergic or irritant (often multifactorial)
hand dermatitis - appearance and signs/Sx
scaling, peeling, itchy vesicles/blisters on palms and along fingers, fissures
hand dermatitis - useful test? if unilateral..maybe??
patch test beneficial
if unilateral, may be fungal - id reaction

acute - KMnO4 soaks, emollients, top steroids
chronic - emollients, steroids, retinoids
