A

Solitary plasmacytoma = a single tumor by definition + no other features of MM
- multiple plasmacytomas = multiple myeloma

- Can also be found in soft tissues

A
Biopsy-proven extramedullary tumor with clonal plasma cell population 
AND
PET/CT without lytic lesions
AND
no CRAB symptoms
AND
BMB without clonal plasma cells

Treatment of choice for solitary plasmacytoma

A

RT over 4 week period (unless complete surgical resection performed as part of diagnosis)
