- hypotension
- vascular leakage leading to pulmonary edema and respiratory distress
- renal failure
- cardiac dysfunction
- neurotoxicty

Clinical features of severe CRS
A
elevated inflammatory markers + fever + multiorgan failure + absence of positive infectious workup + in setting of transplant, CAR-T, or immune therapy

A
symptomatic treatment with antihistamines, antipyretics, intravenous fluids, and close monitoring
