A

patient treated with ATRA (usually 10-12 days after starting) or arsenic + leukocytosis + (dyspnea, fever, pulmonary edema or infiltrates, effusions, weight gain, bone pain)

A

Dexamethasone 10 mg IV BID ASAP x 5 days

Plan to taper steroids over 2 weeks
