- ANXIETY
is a state of immediate alarm in response to a specific serious threat to one’s well being
- FEAR
Caused by REALISTIC Type of traumatic experiences (results from actual danger) like natural & man-made disasters
May also caused by Social Stresses like poverty that make the person less powerful, vulnerable & insecure
Cultural shock triggers the situation !
