16.2 - Benign tumors and fibrocystic changes of the breast Flashcards
lumpy breast, upper outer quadrant - diagnosis?
fibrocystic change (benign)
gross exam reveals a blue dome appearance on the breast - diagnosis?
fibrocystic change
what are the different types of fibrocystic change of the breast? which confer an increased risk of invasive carcinoma?

are fibroadenomas estrogen sensitive or estrogen resistant?
estrogne sensitive
what is a phyllodes tumor?
