2nd Amendment
The right to bear arms, and the right to maintain a militia (citizen militia groups)
1st Amendment
Freedom of speech, religion, the press, and assembly
3rd Amendment
No quartering of troops
4th Amendment
Search and seizure, need a warrant or probable cause. (Evidence you are part of a crime)
5th Amendment
Rights to the accused
Right to due process
Self incrimination-tell them their rights
6th Amendment
Right to a speedy and fair trial
7th Amendment
Trial by jury in civil cases
8th Amendment
No excessive bail or punishment
9th amendment
Rights retained by the people, assume you can do things if not explicitly said otherwise
10th Amendment
Powers reserved in the states that are not delegated to the federal government
