Kawasaki

A

Asian kids < 4 yo

Connjunctuval injection, rash (polymorphus –> desquamating), cervical lymph, strawberry tongue, hand/foot changes

Give aspirin (only time for kids)

Worst comp = coronary artery aneurysm
