What is pharyngitis?
-Sore throat

What is the onset of Group A strep?
-Sudden onset (it just came out of nowhere)
What are some characteristics of group A strep?
- Fever
- Headache
- Pharyngeal inflammation
- Discrete exudate
- Swollen/tender cervical nodes
- Occurs winter to spring
- Exposure to others
- No cough, congestion, or eye infection
What is Otitis?
-Ear infection (typically middle ear)
Who predominately gets Otitis?
-Kids
