A
asymptomatic (will be abnl cytology)
- unusual vaginal bleeding (MC)
- watery or foul smelling discharge
- lump or mass
- pelvic pain
- constipation
- weight loss
- history of cancer or abnormal Pap smears

how is vaginal cancer diagnosed?
A
- biopsy of vaginal tissue
- pelvic exam and pap
- colposcopy for magnification, staging
