- Muscular or ligament ours strain/sprain will resolve after a few days of rest

- Age <20 (stress fracture) or >55 (AAA)
- Extreme hypertension
- Abdominal pain

A
- After acute phase (3-6 weeks)
- MRI or CT
*when assessing for underlying pathology or as a surgical indicator
