- lives in vagina, skene ducts, and male/female urethra

- NAAT (urine or vaginal swab)

A
Women
1. metronidazole 500 mg orally BID x 7 days
2. tinidazole 2g orally
Men
1. metronidazole 2 g orally x 1 dose
