A
- Vertebral body slipping forward
- Lamina and pars interarticularis are intact

what is retrolisthesis
A
Slips posteriorly on vertebrae

What are the symptoms of spondylolisthesis
A
- Back pain
*worse with bending, lifting, twisting - Radiculopathy

What will be on the PE
A
- Step off deformity
- Motor/sensory function of L1-S4
- Diminished knee/ankle reflexes
- Motor exam is usually normal

What tests to conduct
A
Radiographs
MRI

What is the treatment
A
- NSAIDs
- Therapy (strengthen abs/LB)
- Weight loss
- May require surgery over time
