A
- Pain radiation
- Symptoms of cord compression
- Tenderness over spinous process
- Kyphosis

A
Radiographs
Bone scan (usually negative with multiple myeloma)

What does the treatment of metastatic disease depend on?
A
Tumor type, degree of bony involvement, symptoms, patient and physician preference
