Good response and prognosis
Embryonal Carcinoma
Malignant tumor of immature primitive cells that can form glands
What is the presentation of embryonal carcinoma?
Hemorrhagic mass with necrosis and is aggressive with early hematogenous spread
What markers can be present with embryonal carcinoma?
AFP or beta-hCG
Yolk Sac Tumor
Malignant tumor that is the most common testicular GCT seen in children
What marker is associated with yolk sac tumors?
AFP
What will Shiller-Duval bodies be seen in?
