what is testicular torsion?
trauma related
common in adolescents
vessels twist around each other and the testicle may die
US is diagnostic
what types of nerves supply the anal canal?
somatic sensory
where is the prostate gland located?
anterior rectal wall
heart shaped and normally 2.5 cm long
lateral lobes and median sulcus are palpable
