Chronic, inflammatory disease characterized by synovial inflammation that can result in permanent joint damage

What are the differences between adult RA and JRA
A
Large joints most commonly affected,
Chronic uveitis common (inflammation of anterior chamber of eye), subluxations and ankylosis may occur in cervical spine, RA continues through adolescence –> effects growth and adult morbidity
