A
  1. Three facial abnormalities (thin vermillion, flat philtrum, small palpebral fissure)
  2. Growth deficits (below 10th percentile for heigh & weight)
  3. CNS abnormalities (below 10th percentile for head circumference, attention/hyperactivity problems, motor delays)
