a. Since failure to comply with these guidelines may result in death, serious injury, and/or health problems, strict enforcement by supervisors must be followed.
d. All supervisors shall be responsible for the continuous implementation, application, and
evaluation of this program.

ensure issued devices are in proper working order through regular inspection.
