    a. Document the facts of their investigation and route their report to the ICAC Unit;
    b. Collect any existing evidence such as copies of text messages, e-mails, etc., between the
    child and subject (photographing these items is acceptable if printouts are not available); and
    c. Notify the parent/guardian/caretaker of the child that a member of the ICAC Unit will
    conduct the follow-up investigation.
