j. Out-of-county law enforcement action being taken, including being dispatched to an out-of-county location to investigate an incident that occurred in Duval County;
k. Risk protection order (when one must be obtained or when one has been violated);
l. Sex crime (not resulting in serious injury);
m. Suicide attempt;
n. Three or more patrol officers; or
o. Violent calls for service where all efforts to contact the complainant(s)/victim(s) have failed.
For incidents involving any of the following circumstances or any circumstances necessitating the presence of a supervisor, officers shall notify a supervisor, who shall respond to the scene. The supervisor shall ensure the proper follow-up actions are taken and keep the watch commander updated on the status of the call (the “WC” designation indicates the watch commander is required to respond and assume command).

d. Arrest made on Duval County Public School (DCPS) property;

f. Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive (CBRNE) incident (WC);
g. Clandestine laboratory (WC);
h. Currency Seizure of $5,000 or more;
i. Death resulting from apparently unnatural causes (WC, if potentially by criminal means);
j. Escapes from custody (WC);
k. Extortion;
l. Fire necessitating a police response;
m. Food/product tampering;
n. Forced entry into a structure or vehicle;
o. Hazardous materials;
p. Hearing-impaired subject being taken into custody;
q. Industrial accident (WC, if resulting in serious injury);
r. Juvenile Civil Citation issued for any act of domestic violence;
s. Juvenile physically arrested despite being eligible for a Juvenile Civil Citation;
t. Juvenile under 10 years old who is being physically arrested;
u. Kidnapping incident (WC, if the person is still missing); [CALEA 41.2.6]
v. Large-scale evacuation (WC);
w. Making threats involving a mass casualty incident (WC);
x. Missing person case involving an accident, foul play, or any critical/at-risk circumstances (WC); [CALEA 41.2.6]
y. Narcotics-related arrest involving an individual who is willing and capable of providing additional information regarding the sale and/or distribution of narcotics;
z. Officer calling for help;
