Eerst ABCDE, altijd goedlopend infuus (grote naald), Pols en RR bewaken, urine proudcit motoren (< 30cc/uur), volume resusciteren, CAVE aspiratie, op indicatie (hemodynamische instabiel, INR >1,5) anticoagulantia couperen
patient opnemen op afdeling met adequate bewaken . STOP HET BLOEDEN
