Initiate boration to Restore within 15 minutes

If not within COLR limits, reduce power to <50% within 30 minutes

3.4.10 Pressurizer Safety Valves
If one inoperable, restore within 15 minutes
3.4.11 Pressurizer Power Operated Relief Valves (PORVs)
One or more PORV inoperable, close block valve and remove power if not capable of cycling the PORV.
Within one hour
LCO 3.4.17 Each RCS hot and cold leg loop isolation valve shall be open
with power removed from each isolation valve operator.
Remove power if one energized within 30 minutes
LCO 3.5.1 Four ECCS accumulators shall be OPERABLE.
One accumulator inop for any reason other than boron, restore within one hour
LCO 3.5.4 The RWST shall be OPERABLE.
Inoperable for reasons other than boron or temperature, one hour to restore
LCO 3.6.1 Containment shall be OPERABLE.
Restore within one hour
LCO 3.6.2 Two containment air locks shall be OPERABLE.
If one inoperable for any reason, verify a door closed within one hour
LCO 3.6.4 Containment pressure shall be -0.1 psig and +1.0 psig.
Restore containment
