Head vents are two pairs valves in (parallel/series) path operated from _________. Solenoid operated valves will fail____.
-Parallel
-PM011J
-Closed
Normally used to vent non condensable gases and vent path for RCS drain and fill. May be used for H2.
Reactor head vent temp high is located_____ of the vent valves and will alarm at ______.
Downstream; 170F

3.4 REACTOR COOLANT SYSTEM (RCS)
3.4.e Reactor Vessel Head Vents
TLCO 3.4.e Two reactor vessel head vent paths, each consisting of two
valves in series powered from emergency buses, shall be
OPERABLE and closed.
APPLICABILITY: MODES 1, 2, 3, and 4.
Can operate indefinitely with one inoperable.
Close the valve and remove power immediate actions.
Anytime primary or secondar coolant temp is <= ______, reactor and secondary coolant pressures shall be <=______.

Where does leakoff from vessel flange o rings go to?
RCDT
How many penetrations are in the lower head?
58 incore NI penetrations
