An exercise especially targets the lower abdominal wall. You perform this move
by lying on your back and using your core to “flutter” your legs up and down
Flutter kicks
Classic abdominal exercise performed by lying on your back and lifting
your torso to complete a set.
Sit-ups or Crunches
Performed from a plank position, you’ll alternate bringing one knee to your
rib side (Side of abdomen) then back out again, speeding up each time until you’re “running”
against the floor.
Mountain Climber
is a bodyweight exercise which involves holding the trunk part of your body in a straight
line off the ground.
Plank
an exercise in which a person, keeping a prone position, with
the hands palms down under the shoulders, the balls of the feet on the ground.
Push Ups or Elevated Push Ups
a strong bond of muscle that protects your abdomen.

Trunk of the Human Body.
Torso
Arm Muscles Biceps is the one who is responsible for arm flexion.
