this are finger foods (fries, popcorn, etc), not consider nutritional values, provides pleasure but we should consider joy eating occasionally
JOY EATING
unconscious what you are eating, person eats despite not being hungry
FOG EATING
overeating; fuels out of control, emotional oves, negative effect in physical and emotional damage which is personal confidence, excessive eating, stress eating.
